Chris Bond is a RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Qualified & ARB Registered Architect.

I carried out my architectural training at Canterbury, Birmingham and Leeds University. In 2001 I worked for CHQ Partnership Architects & Building Surveyors and later for Nuttall Yarwood & Partners Ltd, an Architects Practice in West Yorkshire), before becoming a partner at Bond Chartered Architects in 2009. During that period the practice was shortlisted for the HAA Awards. (Hertfordshire Association of Architects).

My project experience includes Commercial Supermarkets, Public Healthcare – Hospital Buildings, Private Residential Refurbishments and Conversions, New Build Private Housing and Extensions to Existing Houses. Private Dental Practices & GP Health Center Practices. Sports & Recreation Facilities. Grade I & II Listed Buildings. Barn Conversion Projects

Chris has now set up an individual architectural practice CB|Architects, which offers a specialist Small Works Department for New Build & ‘Grand’ Design, Bespoke Extension Projects, Internal Alteration Projects, Including External Alterations & Existing House Transformations. Barn Conversions & Listed Building Projects.
